      I would not trust with my belongings in an emergency evacuation- meaning under any circumstances. Cals moving is not in any way associated with Sunset Mini and RV Storage- We have had several of his very furious customers come to our office because they could not get ahold hold of him or his company and kept getting the run around brush off, so them thinking we were his business because he put our picture on his website fraudulently show up and give us the very sad details of his business practices; which we do know firsthand because our only affiliation with *** and his company; he rented a space from 11/20/23 to 7/13/2024 leaving a huge outstanding balance on his account. Additionally, we have video footage of him hitting the building with one of his trucks and causing me $500 in damage that he never paid for. He is a person I would not trust with my belongings in an emergency evacuation- meaning under any circumstances; I could not stress that enough. Why is he using our name and address unless he is hiding and dodging his bad business practices? Seems very shady and unethical.

      Cals ********************************************* April 4th simple furniture move of 11 miles in *******************. Move was ground floor to ground floor with no stairs involved and was for a small amount of furniture and light boxes. Movers were on time courteous, helpful, and easy to work with. Pre move **** tried to sell me insurance to cover damage to my stuff which surprised me since I would think that the moving charge I paid would include moving my stuff without damaging it. I would not use them again as they didnt follow their commitment to wrap my furniture in blankets and saran wrap and my coffee table showed up with damage on 2 spots. I talked with the owner during a phone call about the damage, I was told that he had a repair person that could fix my table and that he would get back in touch with me on when and where to get my table fixed. Ive never heard anything back.

      Horrible Service!!! I've spent countless hours trying to resolve a damage claim with this company. I've called them dozens of times, left messages, sent documentation as requested. They did not return one call. Finally, after six months they mailed me a check that bounced. do not use this company!
