    They are obviously not trained to do fingerprinting. I shouldnt be told its a regular occurrence for it to take hours. Last time I had my finger prints done it took 15 minutes, it took an hour here. They had to call the people that the machine is from to get the basics of how to even use the thing, ie. clean the scanner with microfiber cloth, provide hand sanitizer, have them scan their finger a specific way. There was a huge line backed up, kid helping me said he was the only one there- turns out that was a lie cause his co-worker was on lunch. Which he could have just said his co-worker was on lunch, why lie? Didnt really offer any explanation as to why I had to scan my left hand over and over again for 30 minutes. I was asking questions and was basically told they only know as much as I do, which is ridiculous. This is a part of their job, why do they not know how to do this?

    If I could give 0 stars I would. My son took a package to their store (Pandora ***** and card for Mother's Day) to ship to me. They made him pay for "packaging" and "shipping". I received a box 4 days later - it was an Amazon box (sealed still) with the label he paid for slapped on top of the label created by Amazon for someone else). I found this out when I opened the box (addressed to me), was very confused to receive a dog crate bed and called my son. He was furious! We've been trying to get a resolution to this from this store for two weeks now. **** was the employee who helped my son and apparently put the correct label on the wrong box. They cannot tell me what to do with the box that I do have to get it to the rightful owner (I'm not paying for shipping) and they haven't sent me a correct label. They have "no idea" where the charm and card are (we have an idea that they just kept it and put his label on someone else's package - no proof, just a gut feeling due the absolute lack of customer service on this issue. They screwed up big time and have yet to give us any information other than "they're working on it". DO NOT SEND PACKAGES FROM HERE!!!

    For security reasons our claim communications go directly to our customer. As I stated when I spoke with you yesterday, your emails had gone to our junk folder and unfortunately we did not see them. We informed our customer of the claim, got the necessary paperwork from him, and are in contact with him for any updates. Unfortunately I have no control over how quickly UPS processes the claim.
