      ****** did a great job replacing our garbage disposal! The dispatch responded very quickly to our service request and ****** arrived promptly during the window we were provided. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and completed the replacement very quickly.

      **** did a great job fixing my broken water shutoff valve. It had broken in the off position so I had no water. He was on time, looked at the valve and determined it had ro be replaced. He had to go into town to get a new valve. I would have him come back and do other work, but the company prices are absolutely out of this world. I was charged $880.00 to have a 30 dollar valve replaced. He was only here for 2 hours. I have another shutoff valve that has gone bad, **** will not be asked to come change it. I can buy the necessary tools and the valve, change it myself and still have $600.00 to do something else with. I feel like I 8was taken advantage of.
