    This company keeps properties that tarnish clean neighborhoods. They have a rental next to the home that I own and they are allowing the tenants to cook and sell meth from the home. Multiple neighbors have reported and nothing has been done. ***** is the person we have to deal with and he is cold, uncaring, and inefficient with handling issues. This company only cares about making a buck and not having a good reputation. The turn over for a property is quick and the quality of work to upkeep the property is poor. This company has no standards and seems to pride itself on running "slum" properties. Vandalism by THEIR tennents is ignored and nothing is done to deal with problematic residents. Would that be a negative star review if possible. Business should be shutdown.

    This property management company does not keep properties up. If you have a nice neighborhood and people care about the upkeep of yard and home you don't want thia company holding rentals. This company does not enforce municipal code and allows tenants to be disruptive. The houses they rent are incredibly easy to spot while driving through the neighborhood. The company cares about is profit, they are not an advocate for neighbors. If you want code enforced, you have to repeatedly submit to the code enforcement team. I'm not sure what purpose property management serves if they don't take care of the property or require tenant to do so.
