      ******** customer service. Employee was cussing me out calling me names followed all the way out of the store being called names swearing at me making judgements at me. Totally unprofessional

      Sorry mechanic at store 500 left oil cap off on my Semi Truck... Called Corporate didn't do nothing about it .. Check ur vehicle. Real sorry mechanic at store 500... *********** for real.

      Love truck stops on Kansas Turnpike are a PITA!!! Swipe credit card and says declined at multiple Loves truck stops. Go inside and they just say the pump does work you have to come inside and pay first. I want to fill my gas tank all the way up. Not just put some gas in the tank. Will avoid all future Loves truck stops in future!!!! ** employees that told me you just have to come inside were very nice and friendly!!!

      Loves in ******************** has huge potholes exiting and entering the big rig area. Bottomed out motorhome exiting and cracked front cap. Spoke with the manager at Love's and he informed me that they know they have an issue and have repaired the potholes previously. He filed an incident with *********************** Risk Management has delayed this now for over two months and now claim that it's the city's property not theirs, so they have no responsibility. This is a short dead end road that Love's had built to service their fleet area. The asphalt that has deteriorated is the patch that Love's paid for and had repaired. This is not an acceptable manner to handle road surface issues at a Love's.

      Hello, this isn't a complaint but rather a concern. Our carrier received truck and trailer repair services from Love's Truck Shop location and was given a blank invoice. The Love's representative stated that they couldn't disclose the cost of the services because we used our ******** account to make the payment and that we needed to contact our ******** account representative to get the total cost. My concern is, how am I supposed to ensure that proper charges/transactions were recorded to our ******** account if Love's will not state the cost on the invoice?Our responsibility is to pay our ******** account. However, I feel that Love's needs to state the cost of their services. If I use my credit card to pay for groceries, the grocery store shouldn't give me a blank receipt and tell me to contact my credit card company to find out the total cost of the groceries. I'm new to my position and have been informed that this is how Love's processes their invoices when using PO accounts. This just doesn't seem like a correct process, and it gives the impression of an unethical practice. I'm not saying the company is conducting unethical practices. I'm just saying it gives that impression. I want to make that very clear.

      Mr. **** and Mrs. ***** at Loves in ******** Tn was very nice to me. Im handicap and they both did my fuel. Thank you guys very much

      They are not fair or nice, while getting off the exit at ****************** 70, someone hit my 18 ******* while me and the other driver was handling the accident the manager of the Loves Travel Stop @ *************************************** came outside across the street and stated he was just a spectator, he pulled out his camera and started to flash is his light and pulled out a taser to scare me. Afterwards I attempted to get gas, the manager cut off my gas pump which was not safe to do, I tried to go in and speak with the manager and he started yelling at me, tried to get a copy of my receipt he refused and locked me outside, up until I told him that I was recording him is when he slid it between the door of the store. When I reported to the corporate, they chose the manager side, who should have never been at the accident in the first place, and said my story was not 100% and they did not look at the cameras which would have been the proof. Nothing was resolved by the business.

      I am a local otr owner/ operator that live near this store it is the worst store to try and receive any help or other services wh3n it come to truck repair it's July 7th I arrived at 230 pm went inside checked in got in rotation was told it would be a couple hours had a few ppl ahead not a big deal it's now currently 830 pm as I am writing this on July 7th ************************************************************************************************************************************************* are priority of someone that's been waiting for over 4.50 hours any ways thus store and it's shop is a joke and I wouldn't waist your time on getting anything repaired or even getting fuel here here is over priced I would skip off to the next shop if wish I could drive to another location and pay them oh don't buy there tires they will come apart and they will just lie and when another shop sold u the tire and I was told if they start to fall apart they will replace the tire and there's another story behind that and they even agree it was there employees fault and that store is in ****** ******* another joke of a store

      The Loves in ********* ******** was the filthiest truck stop I've ever been in. The DEF was everywhere at the pumps(can't be legal). Thought about reporting that to DOT. The restrooms were disgusting. The doors to walk in the store were disgusting! My husband said the men's restroom was so nasty he didn't even want to pee! I didn't even want to give it a 1 star! The worst place I've ever stoped at!!!

      I was at ***************,** location fixing an Ac belt.the mechanic had to disconnect radiator hoses underneath the truck to put the belt on.i found that very weird and I complained about that,they charge me $200 to put my extra belt that I had on.and 2 days after all my radiator hoses open and drop all water on the ground and I spent $800 in a TA to fix that problem .cuz they didn't connect the hoses back correctly. I called the big tall black man there I believe he's the manager he gave me some excuses and hung up the phone
