I dropped off my car November 3rd. I picked it up for the final time on December 16th. (In between those dates I picked the car up and returned it about four times.) They said it needed an engine replacement. I purchased the engine and they installed it. They said it was ready for pickup, I went and got it, when I got home I looked to see what had been done and noticed they put a hole in the radiator and said nothing about it. Once they were notified they replaced it immediately. However, this created a coolant problem. The temperature gauge would go up and down when the air was blowing high the gauge would go to cold, I had to take the car back several times before they finally fixed it or at least I hope it's fixed. They had also cracked my windshield. After a month of going back and forth they finally replaced it. However they left the windshield cowl unattached to the bottom of the windshield. Several clips are missing and I found several screws laying on the frame underneath the hood. When I turn off the car it makes a sound like it's releasing pent up air, at first they said they couldn't hear it but eventually just said they didn't know what is causing it. So basically they did replace the engine which I paid for but in doing so they created damage that I didn't have in the first place and apparently I'm stuck with trying to figure out how to fix.

I talked both with the manager and my Gm and yes you did buy the engine, with no warranty from us. We installed it. We replaced the radiator and fixed the windshield already at no charge. I was told *****, your husband who use to work for us even came down and could not replicate the noise you are referring to. If there are still issues and it's something we did? Please contact **** the manager at the ************************.

I had my front brake pads replaced on my 2016 Toyota sequoia. A couple of months after they started squealing really badly. So I called and got my car back in and they couldn’t hear the squeal which was ridiculous because they were squealing constantly. So I took it back home and it was immediately squealing when I left the shop. So I called again, and the guy answering the phone was rude and told me that if his manager didn’t call me back by the end of the day and decided to ghost me that I should call back. So unprofessional. Then I took the car back in again and they had it for three days and told me that they needed to replace the back brakes. Because they thought it was coming from the back. Which it was not. For $375. So I picked it up I took my car to another shop to have my brakes inspected. Because they had recommended to replace the back brakes. Even though the sound from the brake pads is coming from the front. The other shop told me that I still have 60% brake pad on the back and 80% on the front. And the reason that the pads are squealing is because they use really cheap brake pads on my car. They offered to replace my brakes for $255 which was more than $100 less. They said that we should put on dealer brakes to avoid the squealing sounds but if I just wait it out the squealing could possibly stop once the rotor settled in with the pads since the front brakes are so new. The new shop was very honest with me. They didn’t try to scam me like aamco tried to. They did not recommend replacing the back brakes. Said my brakes are safe they’re just noisy because of cheap pads that aamco used. I will never go back to aamco. I don’t trust them and I feel like they tried to scam me out of $375 yesterday. I emailed about it and they told me if I wanted dealer pads that it would have cost me more money but they never offered that to me and they’re already over $100 more expensive than the other shop to start with and this other shop is a well known shop.

Been towed back to shop three times now for same issue, still not fixed correctly. It was originally diagnosed as a MAF sensor, that was not the problem. My fusion had been in this shop two plus months and service engine light came on again this afternoon after getting it returned to me last Thursday. Pitiful
