  Front desk lady pockets change and is rude, the rest of the staff steals from wrecked cars, they ******** the wrong vehicle and charge you for it and will outright lie over the phone about prices and policy. Rude to my 60 yr old grandmother. Horrible place.

  This is not true. We do not keep a change drawer. The full amount given is dropped into the safe. This is stated on the phone and our website. We tow at the direction of the police so there is no "wrong vehicle". There was a reason the police towed the vehicle. Your criminal history is not my business. We simply tow and store for the proper authorities. The rates are set by the state. There is no reason to lie about published, state rates that we have no control over. This review is not truthful and is made up to fit an agenda.

  Allied Towing of Tulsa (aka Storey ******** was called to the accident I was involved in on Christmas Eve 12-24-2023. Jeff ******** arrived with an awesome customer service attitude!! It was absolutely amazing how he maneuvered his rig to get my car out of the ditch as well as the other vehicle. Once the car was secured he allowed me time to gather my personal belongings and offered to help in any way he could. He took the time to explain to me where my car was being taken and what I needed to do to gain access if needed. Under my stressful situation, Jeff was very professional and personal. Thank you again for your kindness!! I would recommend Allied Towing of Tulsa (aka Storey ******** to all my friends and family!!! Toyota Highlander owner

  Quick to arrive at the scene to tow vehicle away. Happened on a Friday afternoon. Went to storage yard on following day,Saturday, less than 24 hours after tow to retrieve personal belongings. Was informed that I needed to pay $15 to access my vehicle because it was after hours even though they advertise open 24 hours, seven days a week. I offer a $20 dollar bill because they say they are a cash only faculty and was told they don’t keep change on hand. How could a cash only faculty not have $5 to make change out of a $20? Then they refused to provide a key to the vehicle as instructed by insurance adjuster. They would not look at the documentation from adjuster directing me with instructions to do for them. When asked if they could provide me with a policy or letter stating that they would not provide me with key, they refused such a request.

  The State of Oklahoma sets our rates, including after hours fees. If you can provide the VIN, I can see what is going on with a key. I don't have enough information to access your impound.

  @Tara ****** @George ****** How do you hire people to work for your company!?
  
  ❗ïï��ï��ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service❗ïï��ï��Do not use this company. The RED HEAD receptionist is RUDE as ****! She laughs and yells at you! She needs to be fired! Not only that her supervisor can't do **** either beside sitting in the back hiding behind her office! Why do they have to make a law so freaking difficult just to get your belongings from YOUR vehicle! They should allow an exception if you show half of your proof that you own the vehicle like ID, insurance, AND a police report! Then **** let us through instead you need your title and to have it notarized too! COMPLETE INCONVENIENCE! Definitely will never return. Marry ****** who made this law should come visit this place. The state needs to come out and look at this horriblecompany!! Should rehire people who are capable of doing this job and has better customer service then these people. After seeing all these bad reviews you as a company should get a better look at yourself and do better!
