      The technician arrived in the window of scheduled arrival. He was able to find the root cause of the problem within minutes of his arrival and fix it. He also tested the entire system for effectiveness before he left. As a result, I am confident that we now have a reliable system protecting our home again.

      They came out for a service call and fixed the problem immediately then checked the rest of the system and found that there was a software update available and did that too.

      David did an excellent job replacing the battery to our alarm. In addition, he demonstrated how to remove the cover so we could replace the batteries ourselves. The tech department representative gave me very different directions which prompted the need for a service call.

      I would leave 0 stars if I could. After many attempts to get my motion sensor working in my alarm and a few visits out (with trip fee) to fix it, it still doesn't work. It works for awhile then stops. I'd run away from this company!
