When my bill from my original security company was switched to Alert 360, Alert 360 left me with the impression that they were merely the money managers for my original company. I have no fancy internet, only a modem and all of my paper work would have indicated this. Alert 360 had all of that and knew that they alone monitored my system. They knew how old my equipment was, well over 20 years. I had seen FC on my key pad for years not knowing what it meant. I just found out that it stood for Failure to Communicate. FC for YEARS. I had originally paid for the service a the beginning of a month. For over 20 years. When I called to cancel at the beginning of a month, Alert 360 lied and said that I paid after the fact. I was for years without true security, and they tried to lie and charge for a lost theft of my money.

We always want to do everything we can to resolve any customer's concerns.
