Not the same floor company I used in 2021. Due to a flood I had to redo my flooring. The sales rep never came out just ordered what we had two years before. We ended up having extra parts which of course were non returnable/refundable. When it came to the install we were told it had to have floor leveling because of the flood. If we did not do the leveling the warranty was void. It was an extra *******. My contractor argued that this company had just done the floor 2 years ago and that the leveling wasn't required. They said the flooding must have changed the floor. When I tried to get a letter stating that it had to be done because of the flood I was told they never said that it was due to the flood. The installer who told my contractor it had to be done is of course not there anymore. I would not recommend this business at all to anyone,

Replaced tile floor. At the install they said we needed a new subfloor so new tile wouldn't crack. Installer collected around another $1000 over the original quote. Installed during the pandemic and now o have 3 broken tiles and grout coming up. This never happened with the old tile by the way. Today marks 6 weeks of being promised EVERY FRIDAY that the service manager would call me. One day I was so upset someone came and took pictures but then went back to the standard answer that the service manager would call me back.

Went to the store and took home some samples and made our choices. The "flooring expert" came and measured every room in the house. So the "flooring expert" knows it's a 45 year old (approx.) home. The "flooring expert" (I use this term lightly but notice it in their website being used) then gives estimate for material and labor. Payment arrangements made. We are patient and not in huge hurry and wait six weeks for installation to start. When installation guy arrives his first step in the house he immediately prepares us for "floor leveling" that the "floor expert" has mentioned nothing about. After calling him to discuss it he discredits installation guy of not being able to know these things. He does this after calling me back on another phone device because the store line is a recorded line. They start pulling up carpet and then the floor installation "supervisor team" come and tell us about the $3500 additional charge for floor leveling. When I question that, it goes back to the RED LETTERS on your RECEIPT after you have paid for what they quoted to begin with after the "flooring expert" came to home to measure. It's truly a comedy routine you get to pay for and a way of business for this bunch. I talked to 2 managers and it was like a broken record of irresponsibility and finger pointing at other "floor experts" and floor installation supervision and everyone under the sun. It was comical but odd that they both said (and I quote) "they wouldn't like it if it were done to them". And after the floor leveling was done, low and behold, they raised the low spot for a door to drag on the new flooring for about 6-8" in the swing of the door when opening. I used the word SHADY for them in their practices but its a perfected act and the way they work.
