They needed in my yard to dig a line for a neighbor, I specifically told them we needed notice because we have dogs and children that play back there and keep the gate locked. And expressly told them they were not allowed to hop our fence. Coordinated a date for them to come, left the gate unlocked, they still climbed on and hopped one of our fences rather than using the gate, got our fence all dirty, and used our water, that we pay for, without permission.

Will not fix my yard and fence that they damaged. They asked for before and after photos. Provided them and they still refuse to take responsibility for the damaged they caused. They buried a cable for Cox. Cox is keeping this case open until damage is repaired. Code Red Underground, LLC reports that this issue is resolved and has now closed this case. Cox has an open case and will not close it until it is resolved by this company.

They keep telling me they'll come to my house the next business day to bury the cable and don't even show. This is the third time they haven't shown. I still have an internet cable out in the open waiting to be damaged because they can't do their job.

This company buried lines for *** thru my backyard. The utilities were clearly marked but they hit my ********** phone/internet twice. They fixed it the first time, when they hit it in my yard. The next day they hit it again a couple of houses down from me and knocked out my phones/internet again. This time they blamed the company marking the lines and that company blamed them. They told me I had to call ********** and get it fixed myself! I don't have any phones or internet so I had to call ********** from my car (which has internet). I work from home a couple of days a week, but that didn't matter to them. ********** can't come out for 7 DAYS!! These people are nice but the work is not!!
