      The customer service *****. I had a property in *********, ** and was getting Mineral rights royalty from Sage Natural resources. I sold that property in Feb., 2019 and have not recd. a single ***** of Royalty from them since. They send me **** Misc and also to IRS claiming that they pay me royalty. I have tried multiple times to contact them both in writing and by phone calls to correct their blunder but they totally, completely ignore my request. They do not even have the simple courtesy of a reply. Their service really *****. I have wasted a lot of time trying to get this wrong righted in vain. I am 81 year old disabled senior citizen who is being unnecessarily being harasse
