      I have been a customer of this company for almost 10 years. In the past 2 years, the rates have nearly doubled & the customer ********************** has easily become some of the worst around. Last week they failed to pick up my trash at all. When I called them the following day, the lady I spoke to was rude to the point of being hateful & very condescending. She asked me multiple times if i was "sure" I had my bin out. YES, It was out the night before, just like it always is! Trying to blame the customer for the company failing to do their job is about as ridiculous as you can get. To make matters worse, this week they AGAIN failed to pick up our trash! I notice they never forget to send us a bill, with the constant rate increases. But somehow they can never seem to remember to do the job that they want paid for.
