    The owners never provided the wedding video we paid for in advance. Almost 18 months after our wedding, we have no video and no repayment. I filed a lawsuit against the owner, ****** *****, which I won.

    Fraudulent business!! Our friends wedding was over a year ago & they have yet to receive their pictures & these "business owners" have now completely ghosted them. Very unprofessional!!!!!!

    This business is fraudulent. Taking money from customers and not communicating or delivering any product once they receive funds. The fact they are on BBB with an A- rating is pathetic, this business is a straight up scam. We are pursuing legal action against them.

    This company is a scam more or less. We sent full payment to them for services months before the event. They completely ghosted us for months, zero response to phone calls, texts, emails. When they finally reached out they tried to say they didn't receive any of our messages which is provably false. We asked for a refund as we are weeks away from the event still - and what do you know, they ghosted us again. Zero response, no refund. This is a cash grab scheme.
