      The technical service that i received was not resolved.The technician came to the job site and he was not able to solve the problem.The technician did not have any knowledge of the system that they say they are experts in telecommunication. The company told me that they charge only for the hours the technician works and the rest will be refunded. After so many phone calls they were not able to solve the problem and now they say they cannot refund the money. Now the company is saying that they do not guarantee their service calls and they are not responsible for solving the issues. As a customer if they would have said that in the beginning of the service call i would have never called them and paid money in advance.Not a good company to call for your service and will not refund the money.The service technicain came and he said i dont know how to fix the problem, I called the company and they refuse to refund the money.
