    David lies…A LOT. Had a strict budget We are new to Tulsa, and Hired him to do some structural work and medium level remodeling. Lied to us about removing brick on facade of house because “there were no tie backs” there were hundreds and threw away all Of the bricks minus a minuscule amount, then proceeded destroyed our 100 year old home. He did about 10k in damage with brick alone. We have had three massive holes in our house for months and its winter, he wont answer our calls or messages. They are All over the place with jobs, clearly trying to create more work for themselves. Never finished a single job. Tile work in the bathroom was done by someone who had no experience and left massive holes in the plaster and tile. Did plumbing and had to have another plumber come in only to find out they lied about that too. They didn't install it or even glue piping together properly. Shower head and handle rattle in the wall and toilet rocks and we had to fix it ourselves after paying him. All from improper installation. Blew out our electric and didnt fix it. Left massive holes in the walls and ceiling. Paid him to install washer and dryer hook up in basement and he jerry rigged some half done contraption that we cant use didnt even bother with the dryer hook up. Structural was also done improperly and our wood floors now sag and bounce (They weren't level before but solid AF). Left trash, metal, and tile all over our yard and made no effort to clean up. Left the house a wreck. everyday after work we had to come home and clean up after his guys. Installed columns on porch improperly. To add insult to injury, we supplied drinks and snacks and they stole our belongings and used our tools and equipment and left them broken or destroyed. Now he wont answer our calls. We gave him 5 months worth of time to fix the issues and are now forced to take legal action.
