    I rented two cabins at Arrowhead Resort. Everything was satisfactory till the end. The Saturday morning we were supposed to float, they cancelled because of high water. We were told we would get our float refund back. I was with a group of over 25 people. We went down the road and floated with another lodge. Again on Sunday when we checked out I was told we would get a float refund. Everyone was very nice. NO PROBLEMS. Then when I did not receive a refund, I called on a Friday morning and was told that a manager had a book of refund names and would call me back. No call back that day. I had even sent an email that day. So I called Monday morning. Was told that I would not be getting a refund because they floated after noon on that Saturday. I did not know they floated that Saturday. Our float was in the morning at 10am. I told her that I was told twice I would be getting a refund. Also no one called me back from Friday. She laughed and said of course not. We are too busy. So I said I am not important enough to call back and she laughed again and said "you said it, not me". I again asked for someone else to speak to. She said the owner lives out of state and she would take my number and give it to him. I said you just said no one would call back because you are too busy. She started yelling and said no to refunds and for me to grow up. The customer service was the worst I have experienced in a long time. We float the river every year and this was the first time I have stayed with Arrowhead. SHE GUARANTEED THAT I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WILL SHARE WITH EVERYONE HOW HORRIBLE THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
