    I would recommend not letting James *********** and "A Better Plumbing" enter your establishment. My elderly mother called him for a faucet leak in the bathtub which he fixed but when she went to take a shower 2 hours later the shower did not come on. He broke the shower k*** stem while he was here and didnt tell us. He charged her $140 to break her faucet basically. We had to call a "professional" to come out and fix his screw up. When I called him to tell him he said "Your **** is worn out" and hung up on me. He even had the nerve to ask us if he could look at the water heater while he was here free of charge, luckily we declined that invitation. This guy just talks and talks and talks...full of BS...I did an internet search on him and he is being sued for breach of contract, figures
