  ZERO STARS! Complete scammer. Do not use this service. The will take your money, make up excuses as to why it's not done. Play on your heart strings, my mother has cancer, ect and it's all a lie. They take your money and do nothing else. I gave them several chances I felt bad for them. It's been 3 years and no title. They are scammers!

  I have paid her to get a title for a car that I bought a few years ago. This took place August 7 of 2023 todays date is 5/1/2024 and she has made no attempt to contact me at all. Please do not use her. She and her son are a lyer and thief. I do know where she lives and in attempt to contact her goes unchecked. She has her trailer up for sale.

  Regina has been working on my deceased father's paperwork for 11 months (also paid 11 months ago for two vehicles). Same excuses as listed by the other reviewers. She isn't answering phone calls or emails. I live in another state or I'd drive to the address listed. This has created a hardship for our family. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER!!!

  0 stars DO NOT USE. I bought a motorcycle. I the tag agency told me to use them, so I called they said it would be $150 then a week later they called back and said they need another $50 she said it would only be two to three months and it has been almost 1 year now. the tag has expired and still nothing's done. she will not answer texts, phone calls, and her voice mailbox is full. Bad business.

  We paid for a title 42 on my son's car that was totaled by a drunk driver. Due some failings of a tag agency it wasn't in his name. We paid ******'s Title $295 on April 6, 2023 for a title 42. It is now December 12th and we still do not have a title on this car so my son can get his money for another car. She doesn't answer calls or texts. The last contact was November 2, 2023 where she told us it was with the state now and wouldn't be much longer. It was supposed to be done by mid July. It's now been 8 months and nothing. I've been texting and calling for 2 days with no response.

  My experience is the same as the other reviews but with one difference. I completed the paperwork and submitted payment almost 2 years ago!!!! I've given her lots of space, not calling very frequently until recently. She agreed to look into the current status and call me back, but that's never happened. Now she isn't answering my calls at all. Seeking legal advice at this point because she shouldn't be allowed to accept funds for services that are never rendered.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

  This lady is a con. I have been trying for a title to my car for 10 months now already paid and sent in the appropriate paperwork for the process and she either avoids my calls or I get another lie about it going through the process. It would be nice to get my title or my money back. Hopefully other people don't get ripped off or disappointed like me and other people have been by her.

  Absolute scam. Took our money. Took our documents. 9 months later after confronting her, we are completely blocked from communicating with her. Yo u can see this fraud through her facebook profile. I am not the only one, me and others have had to file complaints with the state AG. She will use excuses to not do the job she was paid to do, whether or not they are true, we people still paid her to do a job that was not done. When a refund is requested and documentation asked to be returned she will block all communication and all is lost. I just want to drive my car.
