    Price Heating & Air installed a new Rheem Air-conditioning system. The air handler is installed in our attic. Mr. ********************** fell through our ceiling even though we offered him plywood to put down. After the unit was installed, we inspected the installation and noticed that they diked off one of the two valve drains. The air handler pan was not installed properly and water began pouring through our ceiling in the kitchen.During the first cold snap we turned ON our heat pump and it blew the main house breaker. We had another heat/air guy come out to inspect the air handler unit. The access panel had burn marks on it. After gaining access, the other heat/air guy discovered that the circuit breaker lug cover was not installed and it shorted to the access cover.We had to install black electrical tape over the circuit breaker lugs to keep it from shorting to the access panel. ********************** Heat and Air came out with their distributor ***** supply to inspect the installation. Mr. ********************** told us there is no cover for the circuit breaker lugs and the ***** representative agreed. I downloaded the installation manual and on the installation checklist the second to the last step is to install the circuit breaker lug cover before putting on the access cover.We have asked for a refund on the installation cost, and a circuit breaker lug cover and a new access panel to replace the damaged one. This has been going on for several months now with no resolution.
