    They don't have moving staff. They take your money and then try to find someone to do the job. They committed to a pickup within a 4 hour window, committed to call me in the morning to provide a more specific time once they "dispatch" the mover. Then charged me. They never called, never dispatched, and never showed. I had to call them over and over to get info, they never fulfilled a single commitment they made. Don't do business with them and expect them to show up. Now I get to try to chase them down for a refund.

    This company was hired (prepaid) to help me move.I paid for two days...they are a BIG JOKE..FRAUD..WASTE OF TIME AND ************* caused my move to drag out over three days and caused so much stress and discord.Please please do NOT think you will get the required job done when needed....and GOD forbid you should decide that they are waist in your time and money...because hey keep % of money if you cancel...EVEN IFBIT IS DUE TOBTHIER LACK OF providing required service in timely ******** Move has been a living NIGHTMARE Thanks to them...they are Not honest. They will tell you that can help you but truth is they SIMPLY PUT or request out and MAYBE someone will tale job and Actually showbuo at correct time and on correct day. They cost me way touch money because they don't explain their workings and you sit waiting for them only to find out they DONT have the help they promised and that you PREPAID for.Very very disappointing and unethical company who just wants your money.

    I would highly recommend looking around for more qualified movers/haulers. The company is terrible with service. I had a horrible experience with these guys. They gave me an estimated window of 8am-12pm to come haul away a fridge. There was no communication from anyone the day before or even 30mins before to confirm. I had to dig through emails and websites to find a phone number to TEXT. Not call to ask someone but TEXT. The texting was a maze. When you call the number, it gave you another number to TEXT. Essentially, one number goes to the driver and the other number goes to the main call center. Neither talks to each other really. I had to keep checking in every 45mins or so to see if they were coming. By 11am, I had to contact them to find out that "whoops, now we'll be here between 12-1pm." So I waited. By 12:45pm, still nothing. Contacted both numbers again. Main call center said, "yes, they will be there by 1pm". The driver's numbers said "whoops, sorry, we'll be closer to 2-3pm now." By this time, I've asked for at least some sort of credit back for the multiple delays. The refused. They, robotically said, that the estimate time provided is just that, an estimate. I had no idea if they were going to show up by 3pm at all. So I ask them to please kindly refund 100% of my money if they can't get here. They refused. They said that if "I'm canceling" then they'll only give me back 50% of the payment. In short, they ended up "canceling" for me because they couldn't confirm if someone is going to be here at all. They refused to give me back 100% of my money because of terms that are not clear when I signed up/paid. TL;DR 1) There is no customer service. Everything had to be done over texting. The replies from the text reads like a robot is replying. 2) The "estimated" time is just that. It's purely a guess. 3) I called 1-800-GotJunk and they got someone there in a few hours to haul it away for a fraction of the price. (It was about 70% cheaper!!!)
