"I had a Rain Soft water system installed by ********** biggest mistake I ever made, I currently have a $10,000 block of ice, no water in my house and when contacted the people that installed it I was basically told to put a blanket on it and wait. Don't do it, I did everything right to keep the extreme temperatures we had from freezing my pipes, I did not realize that this system would freeze, and to make matters worse, when we went to put a space heater in the shed they installed it in, we discovered that the extension cord they installed coming from the house was not long enough so they put in a ten foot indoor extension cord to finish the connection, so had to go out and scour the town and finally had to order one on Amazon to ************** for the water system and a heater." ... "I had a water softener system installed in my home and they had an employee who installed the water softener system and my filtered water in the kitchen and my water is testing higher than it did prior to the system being installed.
