      I have been making payments to the IRS of $700 a month and getting nowhere. Received another letter that I owe more to the IRS. I am paying for life at this rate. I called Travis Watkins after hearing on the radio about the Fresh Start Program and wanted to hear what they had to say. The staff was so professional and knowledgable. I truly felt a weight had been lifted off my shoulder after hearing all of the options available to me. I know I can try to do this on my own, but who has the time? Plus, I know I would screw it up. I hired this firm and they are already trying to settle for just $100 for all my tax debt. They have gone above and beyond on their service and I highly recommend anyone meet with them if they owe the IRS.

      If you are looking for someone to walk you through the whole step of the way. This company is for you. They updated me each time they were talking with the *** and told me what the *** is stating after. I knew this would be a lengthy process, but had no idea that I would be involved on this matter still. When they say they care about you. They truly mean it. I was scared to even address my issue. I owed 1.4 million. After a year of them working on solving this (which I thought it would definitely take longer), they settled it for $65,000. I can't thank them enough for keeping my business going and letting me keep my house. I was scared me and my family were going to end up on the streets. I owe everything to Travis and his team of tax professionals. If you are reading this and think they can't help you, you are WRONG! Call them and find out yourself. Don't take my word for it. They will show you!

      WHAT A JOKE! I pray nobody ever gets caught up in this scam of an office! The secretarys so unprofessional. We paid $2000, and its been 7 months! Have heard nothing! All we get is their unprofessional secretaries telling us they will have them call. They DO call when they arent receiving a payment. They DONT call when you have a question or wonder where your money is going. Total scam of an office. I encourage anyone that has had a problem with them, turn them in to local law enforcement, file complains, get a lawyer, or file a class action suit against them. SHUT THEM DOWN. Or they will continue to do this! DONT BE THE NEXT GUY! Funny they want your name on the review so that they can write back a response! Really? You cant even make a phone call back to your client. But you want to respond to a BBB review? What a joke!
