The Paycom app is tailorable to the many, many forms of payroll out there. I was impressed by the personalized support I received to get things set up correctly. The bottom line is this - I'm a brand new business and every employee received every paycheck, taxes, 401K, health benefits exactly as expected. app is super easy and much better than all the other ones Ive used (ADP, Paylocity, Workday, and UKG) Service is much better than those done in past. Sometimes lengthy response time over email.. best thing is the single database.. dont have any weird glitches and everything seems cohesive as compared to the others in the past.Make sure to implement everything during implementation as you get most hands on support during that time.Review fromKim H

Paycom takes the stress out of our organization, keeps us compliant, and scales with our business. Our employees have fully embraced Beti, which saves us significant time processing payroll. There is a world of difference between Paycom and other payroll companies. Paycom has friendly & knowledgable staff and their reports are user friendly which are easy to read, can generate in different formats and offer ad hoc reports. You feel like you're getting true value for what you're paying for. We have a dedicated person/team for our company, which is important to us since we deal with several states and territories. As an administrator and user of Paycom, I would definitely recommend them. We put up with a bigger known company for about the first 2 years when we started our company but have been with Paycom for at least the last 18 years and couldn't ask for a better payroll company.
