    Star Flooring installed tile in my brand new home and used too little thinset/adhesive so I have over 80 tiles in my home that are hollow. The tile company chose to fix 4 in the main area and 8-10 in the bathrooms. There are multiple others with large hollow areas however, they refused to fix them and said this is standard for the floor to have hollow sounding areas. The grout is also several different colors all throughout the house and some has even disappeared. The tiles are all very uneven where some stick up and others sink down, sometimes causing tripping hazards. The spacing of the tiles is not measured and even, some gaps are as wide as my pinky and others are only centimeters apart. The tile seems to be installed by a very inexperienced person. And I was told they are rushed and given only 1-2 days to tile all the areas of the house. When the 4 tile were replaced, the adhesive under the tile had gaps as wide as large fingers ran thru it which indicated why the hollow sound is present. I would like to have to tile removed, replaced, leveled, correctly replaced adhesive, a smooth floor, and new grout throughout the home where it is tiled.
