    Came out and told that the key opened everything he I had to be at work later was tired he finished and ask me to check I tried the door and ignition and it worked didn't think to check the tailgate till a couple of days later it didn't work I called and was hung up on twice and called the next day and left a message no return call I paid $271.00 and expect them to key the tailgate he should have checked it also!

    On a Sunday morning during service, my keys and phone were locked up in my vehicle. An estimate for resolved issue was not offered. Learned after a one minute procedure the cost ws $225 and was informed that my insurance company could refund me $200. This incident is price gouging and unacceptable. True, response time was short and actual service went smoothly. However, my insurance will refund $100 maximum. A business that practices such highway robbery does not have the average customer's best interests in mind.
