    I purchased 4 tickets through this site. I found out the artist's website did not reflect the venue. I emailed them twice to no avail. I prompted a charge back with my bank. They called today and were so INCREDIBLY RUDE! Literally hung up on me while talking. I called back to speak to manager and he said I am the manager, and I'm sitting right next to her and heard everything. I said good! They BOTH proceeded to yell and I couldn't even get in a word between the employee and "manager"! Completely abrasive and unbelievably unprofessional! I am taken so aback these individuals are even employed! I highly recommend staying far as possible away from them. They told me numerous lies, they yell over each other in office? As well as hang up on you because you dare ask a question! Unbelievably sad people of this caliber even represent this company. Never again! I'll pay 5X the cost of a ticket just to ensure ******** NEVER receives another cent of my money to pay these awful peoples pathetic paycheck! BUYER BEWARE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

    Customer did purchase tickets through our website and unfortunately the date was changed. She mentioned that she emailed ** twice but we don't display our email address anywhere but customers have to fill out an online form to create a support ticket. There is no reference of the customer ever contacting us so maybe she emailed the wrong company. We received a charge back from the customer and when she was called she said that she wanted a refund so the representative said that is **** told her that we would accept the charge back and ended the call. Customer called back in and we told her there was nothing we can do because the charge back was already accepted and she got upset. She started trying to ask questions but we told her there is nothing we can do because the chargeback was already accepted which made her more frustrated. We had to end the call as it was not going anywhere with the customer being frustrated but we did exactly as she wanted when we first called and accepted the charge back.
