  This company is not ethical at all. The husband is the *** and the wife is HR. She does not keep grievances or anything about employees and HR private. They fired me without even giving me a reason. I understand Oklahoma is an at will state, but at least give someone a reason. ******* also made us sign non-compete agreements and as a police office he should know thatll never hold up in court. He should know that Oklahoma law is clear that an individual is allowed to work in his or her chosen business or industry even if a piece of paper says otherwise. He should also know that non-compete agreements got banned this year. Him and his wife should not own a security company and he definitely should not be allowed to be a police officer. As previously stated by the review before mine he flies off the handles at employees and berates them in front of the whole team. I know he has said are you stupid? You dumb motherfu**er to an employee who is developmentally delayed. He has also hit employees with a baton and we have video proof of that. They told me I was not allowed to bring a person to work, but I happen to know the major of the company brings his girlfriend almost everyday. This company is very unethical, very unprofessional, very demeaning, very dishonest, very untrustworthy etc.. They should not be allowed to operate. They only want employees to line their pockets. They hire and fire people just for the fun of it. ******* is so afraid that his employees are gonna run his company down. Let me completely honest is saying that ******* and ***** are going to burn their company to the ground on their own without any help from their employees. I sent HR ***** a text message about all the things we were promised that we were not given and ******* retaliated by firing me.. I didnt even get paid for a meeting I attended. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY THEY WILL JUST CHASE YOU OUT EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE DONE THINGS OFF THE ***** AND DID NOT GET PAID FOR WORK TASKS

  This is truly one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The owner, ************************* and his third wife, ***** (who claims to be the boss of the company) are some of the most dishonest and untrustworthy people I have ever encountered. They have cut peoples salaries w/o warning (mine included); refused to pay holiday overtime pay (which they promised), hired and fired people like there is a circular door at their front door. He claims to have been chief of police at two small rural police departments, and by the manner in which he operates, you can know immediately why he **** not ever been a chief again, though he claims to be chief of this agency. On several occasions, with the software he uses having GPS on it, he claims to be running checks on apt complexes, when in fact he is sitting at home and logging checks. Cheating his contracted companies. He has no ability to supervise or train employees. He has a very short fuse and flies off the handle at people, especially employees, and curses them out in front of others. He is extremely unprofessional.He is a cheat, a liar, unethical, and below standards on every aspect of being an honest person. I plan to report him to every agency I can. He owes me at least $900 in back pay and refused to answer any form of communication from me. I have filed grievances with OK *********** and will file grievances with ***** in near future. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR THIS COUPLE. UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR. I reluctantly leave a one star review but they deserve far, far, far less!
