    Everyones experience is going to be different Bad mouthing any company isnt going to do anyone any good I can only tell of my experience of lasted 7 months It is a very stressful job I was hired under the false pretense that I was applying for a title clerk position a clerical paperwork position According to the office manager my experience the only thing that got me hired my interview was a joke I have been in this work force for over ************************************************* 7 months ago I was/am helping a grieving wife she lost her mother the year prior dealing with PTSD being laid off from employment for the second consecutive time and coming back into the real world after from Covid I spent ************************************************************************************* ideal As I have already acknowledged my interview was awkward and was bad It usually takes me a couple of tries to relax and get it right My awkward interview was mocked and made fun of during a casual lunch time convo only weeks after I started I was embarrassed and felt defeated That was the last time we ate lunch together as a group I wanted to quit then but I decided take advantage of the wonderful health insurance the job experience and the time to work on me This is funny During my interview a no toleration for drama rule was constantly mentioned this THIS DOES NOT EXSIST It would be more believable if you didnt have siblings working under the same manager AND in the same department Conflict of interest Also big sibs has a corporate role Report EVERYTHING There is no such thing as an adult resolution if all players are not adults Attention is the name of the game If it isnt the 21 yr old, it the office brown ***** I always thought part of being a management is to assign duties not having the office brown ***** do it for her benefit I also didnt know the suggestion box also came with management duties I know my lane I guess that is why I am no longer there.
