      Mcalester Mechanical is a professional and reputable company. I have dealt with ***** and his company for 6 years and he has always taken care of business and been fair.

      This has been the worst, company. We have been in our house 8-years. And from day one our AC and heating system has been a lemon. Just another company that is there when they give you a estimate for your new system. Then after put in, the customer service is way behind terrible. The lies, the run around! They lie so much they don't even remember the lies they tell. I am so glad I have everything they have sent me. In text messages. Because they never give you a invoice, on repairs. And parts being ordered that is another story of it's own. The list goes on and on, don't use this company. The worst in the state of Oklahoma.

      We have went above and beyond and have all the documentation for every time we have went to do warranty work at this customers house. The warranty on this unit is 5 years, and we have done warranty work now for almost 7 years, as they always have a issue with something, and "demand a new system". Unfortunately, it has been 8 and 1/2 years, and they had a part that went out that was not covered under the manufacturer warranty, and they are upset that they have been billed for the part. They always "want a new system". We have even had representatives from the manufacturing company out to look at this unit, and it is not a lemon. Unfortunately, manufacturers warranties do not last forever.
