    I was overcharged by pippin to move my shower head up a foot and change my shower from a three k*** system to a one dial system. $800 for a job that took less then an hour. They removed my copper pipe and replaced it with pvc. They installed the valve wrong. I was also told once the wall and tile is up to give them a call and they would charge me another $150 to come back and install the trim. Thinking a $950 total price to finish the work I already paid them to do was a little crazy we installed the trim ourselves. We sure were surprised when the pvc pipe was too far back in the wall so we had to move it forward. And then when we thought we were done with the job we were even more surprised to find out the valve was not calibrated. We pulled out the installation instructions for the valve and sure enough we saw that the wall plate was supposed to be broken off and trashed. I called and spoke to the manager and he asked what he could do to make this right. I asked for a partial refund. He said he would talk to his boss and get back to me. I havent heard anything since. Terrible service. If youre going to charge so much at least do the job right.

    I propose Pippen Brothers specifically state on their website they do not service mobile homes. It would certainly save the customer time on contacting them, providing information only to learn they do not provide service for mobile homes. Felt like discremation and I was not worthy of their service.
