Payment for exams and doctor visits are expected at the time services are rendered. Refunds are not issued for doctor visits unless in the case of overpayment by the patient or insurance company.
Payment in full for glasses and contacts are expected at the time of order.
Contacts can be exchanged or refunded as long as the box of contacts is undamaged, unopened, and not written on.
Glasses are custom-made to your eyes. We do not carry stock lenses. We grind each lens perfectly fit for your vision. Because of this, glasses cannot be refunded once the order is submitted. This is a policy of some vision insurances as well.
Glasses frames come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Most lenses come with a 2-year, 2 time replacement warranty. Ask your optician on what lenses qualify for a warranty.
