    Contacted Blackrock for an estimate on replacing our entire 16 X 16 deck and corner walkway from the ground up. **** came out, gave us what we considered a fair estimate that was under some others we received and a bit over on others. He started work on the agreed upon day, tore down and hauled off the old deck and framed the new one by the end of the first day. We had a one day rain delay but he was out the next day and completed the project by the end of the second day, even staying a bit late to do so. They also did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. I can recommend **** and Blackrock Construction without hesitation. **********

    We needed a large addition to our existing 5’ black chain link fence; and repair/replace the existing fence (damaged from ice storm). After thorough research, we contacted Cory, of Blackrock Construction, and received a quote the same day. The bid was fair for the amount of work to be done. Cory and his crew arrived as agreed and started work immediately. Throughout the entire experience, Cory kept us informed (without being asked!). They did a superior job, cleaned up the job site, fixed issues with the existing fence (making it seamless with the new fence), and were personable and easy to work with…incredible work ethic. Blackrock Construction completely delivers what is promised. I am putting together a NEW list for Cory, of work we’ve been wanting accomplished.
