      August 25, 2023 I was in an accident in Glenpool, OK where my car was as totaled. The police dispatched Avery Towing & Recovery to tow the car to their lot. The next day I called and ask if I could come get some personal items out of my car. They would not answer the phone for the longest time, then when they did, they were rude and told me NO I could not come out to my car and I could wait until Monday, I ask what time and he said 2:00. I showed up at 2:00 on Monday and he did not show. When he towed it to the location that my insurance company wanted it towed to several days later and they gave us immediate access to the car, the item I wanted from the car had been taken. I feel people should be warned about this company. They hijack your car and steal things out of it! They won't take your calls, won't return calls, won't let you have access to your car, and take personal items that belong to you!

      I was in an auto accident and my car got totaled I was not at fault but I was injured pretty good. I asked the tow driver how much to pull it to my house so I could get the insurance adjuster out there and also I had my work tools and personal stuff, the worker for some reason didn't want to do this. He said it will be free if he pulled it to the tow yard as insurance would handle the bill. I still said I'd rather pay and get it home tonight but he kept on and on about this that and the other just wouldn't pull it 5 miles to my house. So after my car gets at this guy's property it's extremely hard to get him to finally answer the phone when he did he was a super jerk totally unacceptable the way he conducted himself and his "business" he kept dodging me and every time I would make contact he had a new rule or some stipulations causing me to be forced into my car having to stay at his place because he literally wouldn't let me get it. He was just trying to keep the bill going higher and higher he was trying to get it so high I couldn't afford to pay so he could have my vehicle to part out or scrap. Total jerk thumbs down I'm very bitter and wouldn't recommend him to anyone the guy is crooked as the dents in my car. I can't believe this guy stays in business. He needs to be fined and worked over real good. Worst tow company on earth!!! Not good. Negative 5 star
