"Front right side of roof has hole from unwanted/unrequested “tree trimming” Limbs stacked so high that I can’t see the street Back roof is completely rotted, Ceiling has multiple bubbles from water damage Exposed powerbox with exposed wiring Side Panelling never replaced once removed by shoddy maintenance team Front door needs replaced Cracks in foundation, Cracks going up the walls in the back room. This house has been declining since we moved in February, we have been asking Remax to come to fix these problems, and each time we’re promised results and they have never followed through." ...
