Please look for a different company. I would not trust these people with my loved ones, my grandparents, my kids. Where do I start? I asked them to check a leak last year. They didn't find it but they still refilled my AC unit charging me thousands. I'm not an AC person. Turns out leaks don't just seal themselves. The next year (this year) they checked again, found the leak, and charged me to refill it again (more thousands).In addition, this year I called them because there was a smell when my fan runs. I assumed I needed duct cleaning? My house is only 3 years old. The tech comes out, identifies that my fan is COATED in mud and paint from the build. I thought, "great, gonna get it fixed up!" ****. They did the duct cleaning, left, and the smell was there. When I called to ask, they said I didn't ask for the additional fan cleaning. WELL I DON'T NEED DUCT CLEANING IF THE *** IS THE PROBLEM DO I?! Then I got the classic up-sale. "We can't guarantee the fan would solve the problem if you don't buy these 2 extra things as well". Again, not an AC guy, but I think if I had a dead animal in my car and I removed it... it would surely help! Facts are, these are not trustworthy people to come out, diagnose, and tell you what you need fixed. They knew I didn't need duct cleaning, but they did it anyways under the guise of "well you asked for it". If you want to waste thousands of dollars and still have the same problems, definitely call this company. If you want someone you can trust to come over to your grandparent's house, diagnose the issue, fix it, and charge them correctly, look elsewhere!Review fromR. W.

No one wants to spend money only to have a system break back down again when cold or hot weather stresses systems the most. Your system is 20 years old and needed several repairs. I would like my comments and rating to stand. There's been no misunderstanding on my end. I was called and texted from multiple numbers repeatedly over the span of a month after already saying I wasn't interested and not returning calls. This was harassment and aggressively pursing me because my system was old and you wanted to replace it. Please leave people alone when they do not engage with you.Review fromJudy S

Excellent work cost is very reasonable & follow-ups are amazing. These are honest working individuals. Appointment for today was set for 2-6pm., and the technician was here at 2:30pm

Michael ****** was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and communicated issues that were found. He gave me a rundown of what needed to be corrected now and what would likely be my next needed repairs and what the price range would typically be for those parts and for the labor involved. They communicate better than pretty much any other service I've used. From the time you schedule an appointment to when the work is done, you're in the loop. Also, both times I've used them they actually got there earlier than what was initially scheduled. However, they always call and make sure it's ok before coming early. Highly recommend!
