    I ordered a backpack from them and it ripped in 1 week. When I went to return it I had to pay for shipping and they would not give a refund because I "abused" the item. It ripping after 1 week of use is not abuse. They're blaming the customer for a horrible product. Refused to give me a refund because of this. They will not email me back. Their phone is no longer connected. I had to go through my credit card to get my money back. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. No one should ever support this company.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with. Crooks! I ordered a briefcase and didn't like it. (It was too shiny and didn't look like real leather) When I inquired about returning it, it took weeks to get an answer on the return process. I then paid $40 to send it back via **** My money still isn't returned, 3 months later. I provided her with the tracking number and proof of delivery. Stay Away!!!

    I ordered a breifcase on December 23rd and paid for 3 busienss day shipping. IT is January 30th and I still have not received the item. I treid to call teh 888 number they have listed and when you call it tells you to email them. Just horrible. If I could give less than 1 star I would
