  This company was contracted by ******* bore out for fiber optics in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, their first attempt hit my main waterline. There was no notification or follow-up from the companythey simply buried it and left. The next day, I noticed water flowing down the street. I located the crew working on a nearby house. When I alerted the worker, he claimed it was already 'leaking' and dismissed any responsibility. He also told me that they usually take photos of job site issues but hadnt in this case. This all happened just before Christmas, and the companys solution was to shut off my water. Eventually, I had to hire a third party to resolve the situation. Please be cautious when considering this company. I'm not sure if they lack insurance or just don't care about doing the right thing, but this experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

  After investigating this matter, I found that we did not hit the water line. It was leaking when we started the job. The leak was directly under the meter and 3-4' from where we bored. My contractor went out and dug this up to look at it and showed the homeowner that it was not their fault. It was also explained to homeowner that we did not cause this leak.

  This company was doing work for AT&T to lay fiber optic cables and managed to hit my gas line and my water line on the same day! The gas company had to come out while I was at work to repair the line and they shut off the gas to do so. I had to call them to come back and turn on the gas again. The water line was hit later in the day and we were without water for approximately 6 hours. After several hours we left and went to a hotel as we could not keep our kids here without water. The owner of the company was out fixing the water and I told him it was frustrating that they hit both the water and gas lines the same day and he said "It happens."

  I spoke to my subcontractor about the damage done to your gas line and water line. While the gas line was nicked when it was being located, the water line was out of their control as they had located the water meter, but the route of your water line was not expected to be under your driveway and that is why it was damaged. They worked as fast as they could to get it replaced so your water could get turned back on. We offered to pay for hotel and dinner.
