"They were great about 4 years ago until this new lady started and now it’s BAD. I’ve been threatened that they would hold/keep my deposit even tho I am leaving the house in way better condition than how I received it, which had zero outlets on and missing screws and dirty burns in the carpets from prior tenants smoking plus not to mention my sons room door being messed up and the carpet being old as dirt with some weird looking mystery brown glue blobs on the carpet." ...
