Due to possible contamination, We do not accept any eye patches by mail.

For the safety and protection of our Customers we recommend the following:

Never try another persons eye patches.

Never purchase from a business that allows you to try on and/or return patches for restocking. 

  The subsequent diseases can be spread by handling or wearing eye patches worn by another.

 

Sexually transmitted infections such as, syphilis, gonorrhea, Chlamydia, herpes simplex, hepatitis B, Leprosy, Lyme disease, Tuberculosis, Viruses, Bacteria, Parasites, Fungi - Candida (the fungus that causes thrush, one of more than 60 types of fungus that can infect the eye), Infectious mononucleosis, Crab Lice (live and breed in your eyelashes, and are invisible to the naked eye), Acanthamoea, parasites, Pinkeye, Contact dermatitis, Epstein-Barr virus, Sarcoidosis, Mumps, measles, influenza, shingles, Onchocerciasis, Toxoplasmosis, Sarcoidosis, Histoplasmosis, Cytomegalovirus, and many other infectious diseases can be transmitted.



FYI: Dog and cats too  can share eye infections with each other as well as humans. Diseases that can be spread between pets and humans are called zoonotic diseases. It greatly depends on the infectiousness of either viral or bacterial strains.  It is always best to treat every eye infection as if it were highly contagious. Common causes include calicivirus, herpesvirus, Chlamydia and Corneal eye infections, plus many others. Always wash your hands after handling a pet with an infected eye, especially if you come into contact with fluids from around the eyes. You can spread the infection to other animals or even yourself through touch. A veterinarian can confirm the risks. 

 



We can only make our orders per your request and do not know if the size, length, address, or any other portion of the order is incorrect. Order cancellations or changes to the order are to be made by end of the same business day the order is placed. If the order is defective we will replace the eye patch. Replacement of an eye patch is the sole discretion of Eye-GrafX and will need to be reviewed to conclude the cause of the failure creating the need for a replacement. This will decide if the damage is due to processing error or customer abuse. All eye patches are custom made. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and use the most unique and highest quality of materials available on the market. All orders are considered to be the property of our customers at the time the order is received. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to shipment after they have been started and in process of completion.  The customer is required to pay the full purchase price at the time of purchase. Since all orders are custom orders, the purchases are 100% non-refundable.Since eye patch orders cannot be resold due to health considerations, no orders of any kind can be returned. Eye-GrafX does not recommend 1/8 inch elastic on any eye patch. The weight of the eye patch and/or strength of the elastic doesn't have the lasting power like 1/4 inch elastic does...
