    If you have trees, you'll eventually have issues. There are lots of outfits who are happy just to come by and start cutting. But ***** really knows his stuff. He identifies problems, gives you an informed diagnosis, offers treatments and generally advises about options and costs. I have found his advice to be invaluable, whether it's about dealing with existing trees or considering purchasing new ones.

    Does respond to calls about service. Said would respond but no response.

    ************* called us to inquire about an estimate to look at his trees. We informed him that he was outside of our coverage area (in *****) but that we would try to stop by to look at it.  He called in at a later date inquiring about when we would be out and I DID fail to contact him about the delay in getting to him.  I contacted him after he called back again to let us know he was not interested in having us look at his trees.  I apologized for my lack of response. ************ learned.  I will be better at replying to clients, and especially at being firm about my designated coverage areas.

    I did not provide ************** the level of customer service that I normally do to all of my current and potential clients.
