    This company is trying to sue my mother for non payment even though they were repeatedly informed to submit a claim to her insurance. They continued to send a bill and we would call every time to tell them to file it with insurance. There was also abuse, neglect and so much urine and feces on the floor that your shoes would stick. Her phone charger was also stolen when they switched her room. The only good thing was the speech therapist. They didn't monitor her insulin which would result in her sugars bottoming out at night and no one would come when she called. I also have been trying to call the business manager who is now saying she can't speak to me or my mother because her account went into collections ( which wouldn't have if they would have submitted a claim). It's a disgusting place and my mom witnessed abuse and experienced neglect while she was immobile.
