  There are many ways to judge a company: does the results match the promises made before money exchanged hands, quality of work, and how the company handles mistakes they make. I'd give them great results for the completed work, but was verbally attacked after I reminded ****, the owner, that I still had repair work to be completed ...6 weeks after giving him the full payment. There are many great companies. Many are your best friend, until they are asked to return for repairing a mistake they made. The kicker, I live about 1/2 mile from the owner. I placed a lot of faith in this company, only to be accused of being passive aggressive after reaching out as a reminder.If I ever have clients ask me for a great floor company, I'll never refer this company; I'm an insurance agent.I **** ****, you learn to respect clients after they have placed do much trust in you.

  ******, thank you for your feedback. All of my clients know how willing I am personally to come out to fix any and everything on a job. You had one small squeak that I personally came and fixed quickly. We walked all over your entire floor to make sure that there were no other squeaks before I left and you were extremely happy with the results. You contacted me quickly after leaving and let me know that you moved your trash can and discovered another squeak. You said it was no hurry as it was not in a high traffic area. I did not intentionally forget about you! I did not however attack you, although I may have misunderstood your message. I let you know the day that I got your reminder message that I could come over within the hour. Im the only flooring company in *****/************ that does not accept any payment until the job is complete and our clients are perfectly happy! Mutual respect between me and my clients is as important to me as my clients getting the best floors in *****! Im sorry that your experience did not reflect this.

  Unfortunately ****, you're walking around with a s**** loose. You accuse me of being " passive aggressive ", because I reminded you a 3rd time of an issue that was a minor repair, would take maybe 2 minutes to fix, and you complain that we walked around 30 minutes on a prior occasion, to do repairs. So you conclude, I'm guessing, that repair was not within reasonable customer service, and I should be " grateful that you showed up!!" Then, because I discovered another issue that is a major squeek, you remind me that I may be charged for that " service call"The workers are great, you're a NUT. You sincerely need mental assistance. I give the results a 5 out of 5, as to the look of the floors; dealing with you...a 2 out of 5. You need help.

  I recently had a leak on our brand new home, and our wood floors, Sheetrock were ruined. Floors by George were very prompt, professional in fixing our home. Also what we chose them is because we didn't have to call other contractors to fix the Sheetrock and dry carpet. It was all in one package. And only took two weeks. After work was done they sent two cleaning ladies to clean the dust from the whole house. Thank you Zane Anderson.
