    I recently used Armstrong Relocation & Companies an affiliate of United Van Lines for a move. I purchased 0$ deductible insurance at a cost of over $300, as most of my furniture is antiques. There agents dropped an antique organ in front of myself and my wife. After the move I placed a claim for repair of the item. When contacted by the companies preferred repair person, he stated the repair would be over $2800, not including a custom mirror that would be needed. United Van Lines was willing to only to reimburse $300. They stated they were only liable for median price of a similar item, despite what their repair person stated was needed for the item that was over 75 years old. They rely on people giving up and not suing them for what they are responsible for. This along with the actual mover marking every item as nicked, scratched, dented and stained when being loaded so as to not be responsible for any issues. Verify comments as they load and unload every item, and do not allow them to mark items as damaged unless you completely agree.
