We agreed on ****** for 1 1/2 hours of cleaning for our small 1300 sq. Ft. House. After barely one hour of cleaning, the manager named **** texted us for permission to charge our bank card an additional ****** to finish the job. We called him and reminded him that we still had a half hour left on our agreement, but he said it didnt matter and he called his workers and told them to leave without finishing. One of his workers said upon leaving and I quote I dont know what you and **** agreed to, but you got what you deserved. Never have we been treated so disrespectful!! They left our home so messed up that my disabled husband had to vacuum it. We researched this company online and found others who were treated the same way. It seems like a form of bait and Switch where they promise a certain fee to get into your home and then claim they cant finish without more money! They should be put out of business !!

When speaking with the customer and giving her a quote, with the size of the home the estimate was 180. We send out 2 or 3 ladies when we clean. We let the customer know that if we need more time we would call them and let them know if we needed more time. When quoted she was told 2 ladies for an hour an half. The day we cleaned her the team had three ladies. So instead of 2 ladies for an hour and half it was 3 ladies for one hour. The Supervisor called me and said that they needed another hour to finish up. Which would have been 360. Which would have been 3 ladies for 2 hours. I spoke with the lady on the phone and she said that she didn't want to pay anymore for the cleaning. I tried to explain to her about the 3 ladies for one hour, but she didn't grasp the concept. In these cases where the customers don't want to pay more I let the ladies know whatever they are working on to finish up. Example mopping a bathroom or dusting a shelf. I'm the only one who does sells in this office and tell every customer the same thing this is an estimate and if we need more time we will contact you. This lady wasn't charged anymore than we quoted her and we actually stayed longer finishing up before we headed out. Every home is different and the customer is aware that it might take longer depending on the condition of the home. We haven't been in business 21 years taking advantage of customers. If we didn't have this practice in place about calling the customer for more time when necessary we would have been out of business a long time ago.
