    Company owner is working under a withdrawn license for this franchise. Trucks are broken down and his workers are not trained in what the owner hires them to do in your home. The job he was hired to do was paid for by a 3rd party who agreed to cover expenses for causing the sewer back up in our home. The owner never returned to finish the work. We were told several times that he would return but never did. The workmanship on the kitchen, half bath, and laundry room was very unprofessional and has now been torn back up with contractor of our choice. We have damaged cabinets, wood work, ect.. from the original job from Puroclean of Broken Arrow. The owner did not stand behind his work and really cared less about our needs. We have been out of our master bath for 5 months now and the owner James ****** has no responses.

    Mam we have a current license for the franchise, all our vehicles are newer from 2018 on. We are sorry for the workmanship that was completed to industry standards, We refunded the money to the company that we were paid to do the work, since you were unhappy with the work. We apologize for the free upgrades that you received. Thank you have a great day
