    Friday: During the initial quote for a pressure regulating valve, I was told Murray plumbers would need to locate a dig a hole to complete the job. However, Murray plumbers played a guessing game on where the main water line is and dug a huge hole (7' long 3.5' deep) without locating it first and didn't find the line. They talked about bringing in a excavator for around $2000 more than the original quote. I wish I had the plumbers conversation recorded about they would start over there and go until they broke the line. They charged $475 for digging the hole and that is with me filling it back in myself. $450 for a garbage disposal install they did not fully hook up and is not working. I was told it would cost another $300 to have the wires attached to the garbage disposal even though they are already there. I consider it an incomplete install, but according to them it is complete. **************** on the phone offered no assistance. I tried to cancel the electrical work scheduled for Tuesday.Monday: I got a call this morning from Murray plumbers saying the plumber lied and claims I filled in the hole while he and the apprentice were at the store. The lady on the phone also stated the appointment with the electrician on Tuesday was not canceled. She said she would cancel the electrical work. We came to the agreement the electrician will be here first thing in the morning to finish the garbage disposal hook up at no additional charge. We will see what occurs.***Be aware looking at ****** reviews. Murray looks like it has some new 5 star reviews that were commented on by the company a while back. How they made old reviews look new, I don't know.***
