    it is busted and they are responsible. They were rude and said they would have to file a claim. For months we followed up and were told that the issue was with claims. We never heard anything from their claims department or the store. We were never given a claim number or communicated with in any way. Today we called and followed up again, and we were told a whole new lie about the cause of the issue and told they wont be doing repairs and we have 48 hours to pickup the van that doesnt run. This is after they have had it for 6 months and never once bothered to give us an update.

    The customer brought their vehicle into the store in March for a fluid leak.  We found a pin sized hole in the water pump and presented these finding to the customer and they approved the ********************** to replace.  After we replaced the water pump and the customer had cashed out the ticket the customer informed our mechanic that he had put stop leak in his car.  The customer called in a day or two later saying that his vehicle was overheating.  We paid to have the vehicle towed back to the store to check it.  The water pump and thermostat were not leaking.  We performed a compression test at this time and found that it was leaking compression to the cooling system.  The store manager had spoken with the ***************** when customer brought vehicle in and was informed that we would deny the claim if filed.  The customer then threatened to call their lawyer and had become unreasonable.  We did not perform a block test during the first visit.

    I had my car dropped off at said auto shop on 8/2 to fix the A/C, which just needed a new compressor otherwise the vehicle was working fine. Upon picking up my car and driving to work and home later that day my car broke down so I called the shop and explained that, to which they told me to just bring it back in and they'd take a look at their work. I had to keep restarting my car and drive a little further down the road for it to break down so I pulled into an AutoZone so they could read the code and then kept restarting and breaking down until I made it to another autoshop that explained the problem was likely the fault of the mechanic that changed the compressor. On the following Monday I had the car towed back to Express oil change and tire engineers in broken arrow where they had the car for 4 days. They claimed the part was broken and damaged before working on the vehicle, which is impossible since they diagnosed the compressor issue and did the repairs without ever mentioning the part that was 'already broken'. They claimed that I would need to pay for the parts and repairs but later in the phone call said they'd give me half off the parts and labor. I had the car taken out of that shop and towed to a different auto shop that verified the part was undoubtedly broken when the original work was done and that the entire job was "botched". This ordeal cost me hundreds of dollars in towing and missed work because of this vehicle issue. The only acceptable resolution would be a refund from this business.
