  I use these guys all the time. They always take care of business. Efficient, professional, courteous. I can't say enough great things about them. I will gladly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a tow truck. I stick with what works. Twister towing works.

  I only share when an unethical business caused and continue to cause *****, financial ***** and personal trauma due to unethical business practices, Twister Towing is another example of another bad ****** ******* ********** business owner with broken English scheme just like other business like hotels, gas stations, used car dealerships etc. I am not racist but when one group of ethnic causing mass distrust and fraud against general public, its my duty to raise a serious concern. My name is ******** **** and yesterday ran into car trouble on my way to work. The battery ran out and had to navigate it safely to a neighborhood nearby. I had to walk 5 miles a few times to get my battery recharge. When I walked back with the battery charge from *******, thanks to them and 2 god sent people, my vehicle was gone. Panicked, I contacted OKC PD ***************************** to City of ******* OK PD. Yes City of ******* towed my white 04 F150 truck strained and safely parked in a neighborhood to avoid impeding with city traffic. They still towed my truck anyway. I respect the law but they just added another hardship to another Citizen. Its only 9 hours since the vehicle was towed and when I paid City of ******* $100 plus another $333 Twister Towing charging for 2 days. Again its only 5pm yesterday and 9 am this morning for a total of 16 hours but Twister Towing must charge 2 days. This is unethical and fraudulent at best. I did not want to talk to the owner originated from ****** he said with. broken English accent trying to engage me into a conversation knowing the situation. I dont care if they already had an agreement with the city, 16 hours is 16 hours not 2 days or 48 hours. I dont generalize things but this is another example of a ***** business practice from the people from that part of the country. Why on earth are we allowing these fkers to toying around with our livelihood?lord, *****, ***** ****** **** DOD, where is Justice?

  Twister Towing charged $245.00 to tow a vehicle 11 miles to the dealership for repairs. When insurance agent asked for an itemized bill for reimbursement. We were told it was a ***************** and one could not be provided. Therefore, I would say if theyre short on funds at the end of the night, they charge what they want, especially to a young girl and her father, who is hearing impaired. The driver would not look at the father, who does very well at reading lips and would probably not recommend the tow to be conducted. Thats probably why the driver didnt want to talk to him face-to-face so he could pocket the money!!! SICK

  Advised to drive care off lot and got pulled over. *********** put car on road illegally. Wasnt supposed to be driven off tow lot. Should have been towed. Bad company. Same day car purchased. Now its at the tow yard again.
