My furnace/thermostat was acting up and woke up to a very chilly home. I called Advanced and they sent technician Lake out within a few hours he had it up and running and also checked out the furnace to make sure nothing else was wrong. Lake was a Very nice young man and very professional. Thanks Advanced Team

Had technician come to my house air conditoner could not put freon in it anymore being it was so old He checked my furnace which I told him was about three years old. He got me very upset and said the furnace was from 2009 and the installer sold me one that had been sitting around in a box and it was not new.. I should replace heat and air. Needless to say the prices for both went from about 11 to 20 thousand dollars. I contacted company that put in furnace it still has 7 yr warranty on it and was manufactured and put in September of 2020. I would not recommend this company at all I had several estimates before this one and both companies said my furnace was fine and quoted air prices. I don't like to be scammed by people lining their pockets with money ..I'm sure some people fall for this No stars for meAdvanced Heating and Cooling Services Inc.

I could not find a record of a technician visiting this name. I see where we did visit to give an estimate. I'm not sure where the confusion on the dates came in, but we will certainly look into it.Review fromBob M

Brian from Advanced Heating & Cooling was really helpful with helping me select the right HVAC system for replacing my old one. The workers have been very professional about the installation.
